Our innovative new Star Image builds brand consistency and loyalty among our guests inspiring them to visit time and time again. We will guide you through the site selection process with a focus on quality trade area and real estate selection and Construction Managers support you in the layout and building of your restaurants.


Training & Support

Dedicated National Field Trainers provide support to aid in day-to-day restaurant operations. We offer ongoing comprehensive training courses to ensure franchisees, operators and management are equipped to operate to the Church's Chicken® and Texas Chicken® brand standards.


Operations Support

When it is time to open your first restaurant, your Sr. Regional Franchise Director will coordinate opening support prior to, during and after your opening. Whether it’s food cost, training, or new product roll-outs, your Sr. Regional Franchise Director has first-hand experience and is ready to share that experience with you.


Marketing & Product Information

Our experienced Field Marketing team is focused on driving profitable promotions at the market and restaurant level. Our Marketing and R&D teams are dedicated to filling our product pipeline with great limited-time offers and menu enhancements to excite our guests and drive sales while staying true to our brand identity.

The regional support staff at Texas Chicken® provides us in Singapore helps me maintain the high quality of Operations and Customer Service excellence needed to compete in this market. They provide quick, useful feedback and also coordinate with the corporate office to assist in our real estate decisions. As a result, I feel well prepared to deal with our competition and continue our growth and presence in Singapore.
