How do I sign up for the Church’s Real Rewards™ program?
We recommend downloading the Church’s® app for the best Rewards experience. You can also join online by creating an account here.

OK, SO HOW DOES Church’s Real Rewards™ WORK?
You must create a Real Rewards™ account. Once you’re a member, you’ll earn 10 points for every $1 spent with Church’s®. You will earn points online, in-app and in-store. When ordering in-store, you must scan your member QR code from the Church’s® app. Points will be deposited within 24 to 48 hours after the transaction. Orders placed through third-party apps and catering orders are not eligible for points.

WHAT CAN I REDEEM FOR MY POINTS?
You can redeem for almost anything on our menu through the Church’s® app and Churchs.com or in store by scanning the QR code provided in the app. You are only allowed to redeem one reward per purchase. Learn more about what you can redeem above in the TURN YOUR POINTS INTO REAL REWARDS™ section. Redemptions are limited to one per transaction, every 4 hours.

DO REWARDS EXPIRE?
Every reward has its own unique expiration date. You will be able to find this in the disclaimer portion of the reward.

Do my points expire?
Points expire nine months after the points are issued or if your account is terminated because it is deactivated. You can track your points in the Rewards section in the Church’s® app.

How many points can I have?
There is no limit to points, but they do expire nine months after they are issued so we suggest redeeming them for some free chicken fast.

How do I apply a reward to my purchase?
During your online or in-app order, simply tap the Redeem button on the item you wish to select as your reward, then tap Redeem Online. The discount will automatically be applied to the qualifying item in your order.
When ordering in-store, tap Redeem on the item in your app, select “Redeem In-Store” and a QR code will display that can be scanned at the register.

Can I earn points at any Church’s®?
You will be able to earn points at most Church’s® locations in the United States. You must sign in online or in the app during purchase. When making a purchase in the restaurant, you must check in with your QR code or phone number. To check if your Church’s® location is participating, download our app or visit order.churchs.com and Search Locations.

What if I forgot to scan/check in for points in the restaurant?
No problem! If you forgot to scan your QR code during your last in-store visit, make sure to keep the receipt to request points in the app. You must have the Church’s® app downloaded and signed into your account. Simply go to the Scan section in the app and scan the barcode on your receipt. You have five days from the date of the transaction to request points from a receipt. You can scan up to two receipts per day to earn points on that visit and up to four per month.
Requests for points do not apply to orders placed before you joined Church’s ®Real Rewards, orders placed online as a guest. Orders placed through third-party platforms or catering orders that were paid for in person without scanning your member QR code.

What if I accidently check out as a guest in-app or online?
Currently, you are only able to request in-restaurant purchases, so make sure you are signed in before placing any online or in-app orders. Redemptions are limited to one per transaction, every 4 hours.

Can I earn points on delivery fees?
No, Delivery fees, tips or service fees are not eligible to earn points.

Can I earn points or redeem rewards on third-party platforms?
No, Any third-party purchases such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or ezCater are excluded from our rewards program.
To earn points or redeem rewards on delivery, order through the Church’s® app or churchs.com.

Can I use more than one reward with my purchase?
No, Members can only redeem one reward per purchase. Redemptions are limited to one per transaction and two redemptions every 4 hours.

I’m having issues scanning the QR code to check in at the restaurant.
You may try turning up the brightness on your phone. You may also have the team member manually check you in by providing your phone number. Or you may scan the receipt barcode in the app within five days of your purchase.

Can I transfer points or combine accounts?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer or merge accounts at this time.

Will I still earn points if I pair another offer with a reward?
Yes, You are still eligible for points on the other items included in your purchase. Taxes, fees and tips are not eligible for points.
